At Artovian, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.

  • A return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Used, washed, or altered items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Orders with visible signs of wear or damage caused after delivery

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@artovian.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days and provide return instructions if approved.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, defective item), Artovian will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.

Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
